Uploaded submission images may be stored in a publicly served uploads path once received by the application, so please only upload material you are comfortable sending for review and have the right to share.

If you use the contact form or include an email address with a submission, your message may be sent through configured SMTP email infrastructure and stored in inboxes or application records so we can respond and manage requests. Do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information through site forms.
